Changing Forget-Me-Not is a native annual plant of the UK, typically found growing in grassland, meadow and waste ground, to a mature height of up to 20cm.

Changing Forget-Me-Not is so called because its flowers change colour from cream through pink to blue as they mature.

Botanic classification and naming: Changing Forget-Me-Not is a member of the Borage (Boraginaceae) family. The genus name 'Myosotis' identifies the plant as a Forget-Me-Not and its species name 'discolor' means 'two-coloured'.
