Early Forget-Me-Not is a native annual plant of the UK, typically found growing in dry ground, sand dunes and chalky grassland, to a mature height of up to 25cm.

Early Forget-Me-Not is a small hairy plant bearing terminal clusters of tiny pale-blue flowers. These have blunted or shallowly notched petals, which transition from blue to white towards the yellow centre of the flower.

Botanic classification and naming: Early Forget-Me-Not is a member of the Borage (Boraginaceae) family. The genus name 'Myosotis' identifies the plant as a Forget-Me-Not and its species name 'ramosissima' means 'many-branched'.
